As an organization, we’re excited to share the wonderful moments from our recent visit to Kegbai Community!
In partnership with Interweave Solution, the Youths in Action for Poverty Alleviation-SL team had the joy of spending quality time with community members for an engaging training session on starting and growing a business, along with practical financial literacy.
Using the simple and powerful Master's in Business on the Street (MBS) manual, we broke down important topics into easy-to-understand lessons. Participants learned how to turn ideas into real businesses, manage money wisely, and build a brighter future for themselves and their families.
Lively discussions were made under the tree, the energy was truly inspiring! The community showed great enthusiasm and commitment to learning.
We believe that when people are equipped with the right knowledge, big things can happen. This is just the beginning of more growth and opportunities ahead!

Youths in Action for Poverty Alleviation-SL. In partnership with Interweave Solution visited Dodo and Kegbai Communities in Tikonko Chiefdom, to have open talks with community members about real ways to reduce poverty and build better lives.
We held friendly development discussions centered on two important things:
1. Master’s in Business on the Street (MBS): This program will help us take simple business lessons straight to the people. It helps everyday men and women learn how to start and run small businesses successfully.
2. Capacity Training: We shall be teaching them the basic skills in self-reliance, money management, saving, budgeting, and how to earn steady income.
Why Kegbai and Dodo Communities?
As an organization that's passionate about helping the less privileged communities, we realized that many families in these communities struggle with poverty. Through this program, we are giving them tools to help themselves. We always have this in mind that, when people learn good money skills and business ideas, they can create jobs, feed their families, and grow their communities.
This is not just talk , it is real action for lasting change. Our partnership with Interweave Solution shows what we can achieve when we work together.
