Our Community (NGUABU SECTION, KAKUA CHIEFDOM, BO DISTRICT)Deserves Better

It is heartbreaking to see that our community continues to lag behind in development while many of our children are dropping out of school due to a lack of support. Education is the foundation of progress, yet many families are struggling to meet the basic costs associated with keeping their children in school.

Every child who drops out represents a lost opportunity—not only for the individual but also for the future development of our community. If we want to reduce poverty, unemployment, and social challenges, we must prioritize education and create support systems for vulnerable children.

I am calling on government institutions, NGOs, philanthropists, community leaders, and well-wishers to join hands in supporting education and youth development in our communities. Together, we can help keep children in school, empower young people, and build a brighter future for the next generation.

A community that invests in its children invests in its future.

Change Makers Sierra Leone Supports Top NPSE Pupil at Mount Aereol Community Primary School, Kpetema Village

As part of its ongoing commitment to empowering less privileged students, particularly those whose parents face financial challenges in supporting their education, Change Makers Sierra Leone presented a cash award to the highest scorer in the 2024 National Primary School Examination (NPSE) at the Mount Aereol Community Primary School in Kpetema Village.
