InPACE does not tolerate the existence of inequity, inequality, exclusion, and exploitation of people and communities. We believe all humans must be treated equally to access justice, resources, services, and opportunities. Our MISSION is to improve the well-being of people and communities by creating an enabling environment for access and usage of services and opportunities. We are inspired by our Core Values of Compassion, Dignity, Problem-solution, Diversity, and Collaboration to restore hope among vulnerable people and communities that have been affected by poverty, abuse, food insecurity, violence, civil war, disease, and other natural calamities.The Organization’s main objectives are: 1. To facilitate the mobilization of resources through designing concept and proposal development to address the needs of people and communities.2. To facilitate access and usage of financial services thereby increasing household income and financial stability of people.3. To provide comprehensive initiatives that will holistically bring about the transformation of children, young people, women, and disadvantaged communities by offering training, awareness, and other support.Our secondary objectives will be:1. To provide a wide range of developmental opportunities for young people, women and men, boys, and girls to improve their wellbeing.2. To provide a safe, and supportive environment for boys and girls, and youths to promote peacebuilding and maintenance of rules and regulations.3. Work in collaboration with local authorities, local and international organizations to promote social justice, welfare, financial inclusion, food security, livelihoods empowerment, education, WASH, etc.4. Empower women and men, youths, and young boys and girls to apply acquired skills to increase the productivity of their livelihood, and to open access to wider information to improve their well-being.5. Promote sustainable livelihoods through outreach, mentoring, coaching, training, and life-skills training programs.6. To support community-led initiatives with a focus on using sustainable technologies to enhance development.7. To build capacity and sensitize children and communities on sexual reproductive health, rights, and other preventable viral illnesses.8. To ensure that children are safe, healthy, and protected at home, in schools, and in communities.9. Facilitate literacy and numeracy and further studies as well as skills-building in the community.10. Ensure maximum efficiency with respect to the accountability and administration of funds secured from members and funding entities.-SL, Gender Equality shall be a cross-cutting theme across all intervention areas of the Organization.
