STRESS & YOUR GUT -THEY ARE CONNECTED

Ever notice your bloating or IBS symptoms getting worse during stressful periods? You’re not imagining it. Your gut and brain are closely linked, and stress can disrupt digestion.

• Smaller portions, slow eating
• Reduce caffeine intake
• Sleep 7–8 hours each night
• Identify and avoid trigger foods

Taking care of your mind also supports your digestive health. A calmer mind helps create a calmer gut.

Fatty liver disease often shows no symptoms in its early stages. Many people feel completely well, yet the condition can silently progress to liver scarring or even liver cancer if left unmanaged.

Early awareness and prevention are key!

Protect your liver health:
• Monitoring your BMI
• Exercise at least 150 minutes per week
• Cut down on sugary drinks
• Control diabetes, high blood pressure, and cholesterol
• Go for screening if you are at high risk

A healthy liver supports a healthier life. Act early because what you don’t feel can still affect you.
