This May, in collaboration with Taman Jurong Community Emergency and Engagement Committee (C2E) Lakefront RN successfully organised two community safety events: the Safety and Security Carnival, which commenced with a fire drill, and a CPR & AED training course.

These events were made possible through the strong support of C2E, SCDF, SPF, PA, Lakefront MCST, and our wonderful residents. Through such initiatives, Lakefront RN hopes to continue equipping residents with valuable safety knowledge and practical skills by organising similar events regularly.

🧧✨ Lakefront CNY 2026 — What a Celebration! 恭喜发财! ✨🧧

What an amazing morning it was! On Saturday, 28 February 2026, Lakefront Residences came alive with the spirit of the Lunar New Year as residents gathered at the Function Rooms and Poolside for our annual CNY celebration!

🦁 The Lion Dance kicked things off with thunderous drums and electrifying energy — a roaring start to an auspicious day!

🥗 Lo Hei brought everyone together as we tossed our way to good fortune, prosperity, and happiness for the year ahead. The laughter and cheers said it all!

🍽️ Buffet Lunch was absolutely delicious — a spread of festive favourites that kept everyone coming back for more.

🎭 Er Hu performances dazzled the crowd, residents had a chance to create Chinese Calligraphy with our in house coach, and our CNY Games had residents young and old laughing and competing in true CNY spirit!

🎁 And of course — the moment everyone had been waiting for — the Lucky Draw! Congratulations to all our lucky winners! 🎊

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us and made this event so special. A big shoutout to Lakefront Residences Residents' Network, the South West Community Development Council, MCST and Lakefront residents making it all possible.

We hope everyone had a joyful celebration and we look forward to seeing you all again next year! 🐴❤️

We had a fantastic time playing games with neighbors of all ages this evening! It was wonderful to see new friendships forming, and we look forward to more community bonding.

Yesterday we took a new route for our monthly Briskwalk. Instead of the usual Jurong Lake Gardens, we crossed the Lancar bridge and walked to Taman Jurong Greens. As some of us were new to this place we took the opportunity to explore the area and had fun taking some photos. Later, on our way to Taman Jurong Market and Food Centre for breakfast, we met our Advisor Mr Shawn Huang who was there to carry out his regular market visits and took a group photo with him.

Thank you for making our first Racial Harmony Day a success!
We are grateful to everyone who supported this event in every way possible. Together, the event is about celebrating our diversity through music, dance, food, and meaningful connections.

We could truly feel the harmonious vibes throughout the day. Children had a wonderful time playing traditional games and sampling snacks from the “Mama Shop,” while the performances by the band and dance group brought a strong sense of community.

A special appreciation goes to our organizing committee and volunteers for their effort and time in creating such an enjoyable event for the residents.

Taman Jurong CC celebrate SG60 National Day Carnival today. Lakefront Residences RN is happy to be part of the festivities. We take charge of the colouring booth. There was great patronage at our booth. A wonderful opportunity for families to celebrate this auspicious occasion.

Lakefront Residences RN organized an outing for 46 residents to Sentosa for a Peranakan Reimagined discovery tour. It was a package tour comprising a 2 way coach transport and Guided Tour to learn about Peranakan cultural and social norms and tradition. Thereafter we took a cable car ride around Sentosa Island. After the sightseeing we had a Peranakan buffet dinner. The day ended with a Wings of Time fireworks symphony. It was a day well spent with neighbours and family! 🤩🚌🍽️🎆
