As a graduate ministry that has been around for almost 70 years, being intergenerational is part of the uniqueness of GCF. It is with great enthusiasm that this year we are partnering with NUS VCF (Varsity Christian Fellowship) to launch a platform for students, young graduates, and senior graduates to connect under VCF’s TAG (Talking About Graduation) programme. It will be less of a structured formal mentoring, but more of informal conversation over meals (dinner), which will be held between 23rd Sept to 1st Oct, and between 16th to 20th October. Thus we are calling graduates (young and old), who are keen to befriend young graduates and/or graduating students to join this initiative, and where possible, to host the meals. Join us in this consultation/conversation as we discuss this initiative in more details. "Intergenerational Friendship": a conversation - Saturday, 19 Aug, 2pm at 28 Dublin Road, S239813.

As GCF is turning 70 soon, we remember God’s faithfulness throughout many generations past. At the same time we also look out for the future and for the continuity of our ministry among graduates and students. This year, we take the opportunity of the Graduates' Christian Fellowship - GCF Singapore’s Annual Thanksgiving Dinner to launch the “FES-GCF Legacy Fund”. The Fund is created in memory of Dr. Bobby Sng, who dedicated his life to student and graduate works in institutions of higher learning. It is setup to ensure the effectiveness of FES and GCF’s ministry for the faith development among tertiary students and graduates, which is the legacy we seek to leave behind. Join us in this annual thanksgiving dinner (co-organized with Fellowship of Evangelical Students Singapore - FES) on Friday, 15 September 2023 6:30pm, at NUSS Kent Ridge Guild House, as we sow the seeds to make lasting impact for the future generations.

Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,

We would like to invite you to take part in this ministry opportunity to mentor younger graduates in their walk of faith, in discerning God's voice in their life:

These days we can easily find contents that suit our needs at any given time, with information so easily accessible, literally at our fingertips. What we need is not another talk or seminar or conference to tell us about how to follow God and how to discern His calling. What we need more is a fellow sister/brother in Christ who is willing to walk alongside of us, a spiritual companion, or a mentor -to be our sounding board, to help sieve through the contents we pick up and apply them in our life, to offer us perspectives, and to pray with us.

Building up on our mentoring initiatives last year, when we published a micro-teaching series on Spiritual Mentoring, held a mentoring consultation, and developed our pool of mentors through the mentoring journey with Dr. Tan Soo Inn, this year we will be offering our mentoring ministry to wider pool of graduates. At the same time, we also continue to equip our aspiring mentors with a consultation on 16 July 2022, 2pm onsite at FES-GCF Conference Room, on the topic of “How to Kickstart the Mentoring Journey”. It will be followed by the briefing session for mentors on 6 August 2022, 2pm (same venue), where we will share and clarify our direction further on the “Vocational Mentoring” offered by GCF. If you are keen to know more or to take part in our mentoring programme, come and join us on both dates. Together let us make our journey of faith count as we walk alongside our peer and younger graduates.
