National Day may have passed, but the nostalgia and pride of calling Singapore home still lingers.

What was your own vision and wish for Singapore this year?

And happy (belated) birthday, Singapore! 🇸🇬

Some stories are ready to be written. Some are ready to be heard.

Guided Autobiography is a writing practice where you put your story into words and witness others do the same. Whether you’re living with a mental health challenge, supporting someone who is, or simply feel called to explore your own mental health story — this space is for you.

Over 6 weeks, in a small and intimate group, you’ll write short autobiographical pieces each week, and read them aloud to be witnessed by the group.

At the end of the programme, you’ll walk away with a several pieces if writing for yourself or to share, with and the possibility of publication on our website.
