Abilities Beyond Limitations and Expectations (ABLE) was established on 25th October 2010 under Caritas Singapore. ABLE’s primary role is to help the physically challenged community in Singapore. The new Rehabilitation and Training Centre, ABLE hopes to provide mainstream as well as pilates therapies, working towards integrating persons with physical disabilities back into society. ABLE’s Respite Centre aims to offer centre-based and home-based respite services, with a variety of activities to cater to the physical and mental well-being of the caregivers of the physically challenged.
