Yellow Ribbon Cares ("YR Cares") was formed through the unification of three aftercare organisations, namely Yellow Ribbon Fund (YRF), Industrial & Services Co-operative Society Limited (ISCOS) and NeuGen Fund with decades of experience supporting this community. The merger reflects a shared mission to better support ex-offenders and their families by combining our strengths, experiences and resources.

One canvas, many voices. 💛🎨

Our Titans recently added their own touch to a collaborative canvas for the Yellow Ribbon Community Arts Festival 2026, building on artwork contributed by fellow community partners. From "It's never too late" to the Titans' very own tagline "You've got a friend!", each message carried a simple hope that anyone starting again knows there are people who are ready to walk alongside them.

Come see the canvas and discover more stories of creativity, hope and second chances at the Yellow Ribbon Community Arts Festival, happening till 20 August at One Holland Village.

At YR Cares, we support individuals and families as they rebuild their lives, strengthen their relationships and find new ways to move forward. And when they’re ready, many go on to give back and uplift others.

On 1 August, we brought our youths to SuperPark for a super happening day out. Teaming up with the amazing youth volunteers from Expedition: Joy and staff volunteers from Temasek , we turned up the heat with an Amazing Race-style showdown 🏁🏆

The youths have such a great time playing at the arena, making friends and breaking new records! Moments like these remind us just how powerful community, play, and connection really are. At YR Cares, we believe every children and youths deserves to feel safe, and empowered to just be young and have fun.

💛 From a second chance to giving back.

We’re so proud of our YR Cares Titans, Rizwan Habib and Nur Azlinda Zulkifli, who shared their rehabilitation journeys as Desistors at the CARE Network Summit 2026.

Their stories remind us that a journey of change doesn’t end with a fresh start. It can become an opportunity to encourage, support and inspire someone else too. 🤝

Our beneficiaries had such a wonderful time at Just BrewIN last Saturday, coming in all dressed up and ready to celebrate Racial Harmony Day! 💛

Together with Team Luminaries from Nan Chiau High School 南侨中学 , our volunteers hosted interactive booths to introduce various cultures and traditions. Everyone got to explore items like a Traditional Chinese Tea Set and a Traditional Indian Wedding Ceremonial Platter, and even try their hand at Ketupat paper crafting! 🌿🍵

To round off the afternoon, families put their new knowledge to the test with a fun game of Kahoot—with some fantastic prizes up for grabs! 🎮🏆

It is always such a joy to collaborate with passionate volunteer groups, and we are truly grateful to Team Luminaries for all their heart, effort, and contribution! ✨

⛳ What an amazing day at the Yellow Ribbon Cares Charity Golf 2026!

On 8 July, the greens at Tanah Merah Country Club were buzzing with energy, friendly competition, and a deep, shared purpose among our key supporters, donors, sponsors, golfers and volunteers.

Together, we did something truly amazing. Every swing, every donation, and every act of generosity added up to raise close to $480,000! 🌟 These funds will go directly toward creating brighter futures and supporting second chances for ex-offenders and their families.

To everyone who played, contributed, and cheered us on: THANK YOU VERY MUCH! Your generosity is the driving force behind the real and lasting change we see in our community.
