Bosses Network Young Chapter - 老板联谊会青年团

Bosses Network Young Chapter - 老板联谊会青年团 Bosses Network (Young Chapter) is a platform for like minded business people to socialize, exchange ideas and network with each other.

Bosses Network (not an officially registered organization) was first established in 1997. Since then, it has been a continuous sharing, learning and growing journey for all its like-minded members who all has a common goal and vision to share and widen their business knowledge. Most of the members' second generation are also involved in their respective family businesses. A chip off the old block

and with a shared vision to voluntarily encourage, share and create synergy amount it's members, this group of young and business minded people have also come together to create a learning group:- Bosses Network (Young Chapter) to extend the business networking and learning platform that their parents have grown in with the sharing of their ideas and resources.

Art, vision, and the business of breaking down barriers!

For our latest Bosses Network Young Chapter learning journey, we had the incredible opportunity to visit The Private Museum. What made this visit truly special was the exclusive founder-led session with Rachel and her partner, Suan Wee.

Hearing them speak passionately about the museum's mission was a masterclass in purpose-driven entrepreneurship. As an independent, non-profit platform, The Private Museum was built on a bold vision: to take private art collections out of secluded spaces and make them accessible to the public. Rachel and Suan Wee shared candidly about what it takes to build an ecosystem that bridges the gap between private collectors and the community, challenging the traditional exclusivity of the art world.

As business owners, there is so much to learn from their approach to creating value and fostering culture. Thank you, Rachel and Suan Wee, for hosting our members and delivering such a thought-provoking session!

Penang, you were absolutely amazing! 🌟🍜

Our BNYC overseas learning trip was the perfect blend of business insights, deep networking, and unforgettable moments. Traveling as a community of entrepreneurs gives us the rare chance to step away from the daily grind and learn from a completely new environment.

A huge shoutout to InvestPenang, Digital Penang, Oriental Max Group, Innovatif+, UOB Kay Hian, Stark Development, and PCCC Youth for hosting our chapter! Exploring your operations and hearing your growth stories gave us all a fresh wave of inspiration to bring back to Singapore. We even managed to squeeze in some time to explore the vibrant heritage streets of George Town!

These are the kinds of trips that turn casual connections into lifelong friendships and business partnerships. Thank you to everyone who made this trip a wonderful memory that will last for a long time! ✨✈️

Stepping behind the scenes of one of Singapore’s most beloved heritage F&B brands! 🥟📈

For our latest BNYC Learning Visit, we had the privilege of taking our members to the iconic Yum Cha Restaurant. There is no better way to understand the mechanics of a successful business than by walking the ground, and this experiential visit offered exactly that.

The highlight of the afternoon was an incredibly insightful sharing session by Melody Tan

Operating in Singapore’s fiercely competitive F&B sector is no easy feat, and Melody candidly shared the realities of managing a traditional heritage brand in a modern, fast-paced era. From operational challenges to innovating while keeping traditional flavors alive, her takeaways on resilience and adaptability were absolute gold for every business owner in the room.

Thank you, Melody, for your gracious hospitality and for opening your doors—and your playbook—to the Bosses Network Young Chapter. It was a fantastic afternoon of learning, connecting, and of course, some amazing dim sum! 🥢✨

Good food, great laughs, and even better business insights! 🥢✨

Our BNYC Makan Gongsi was an absolute hit! We kept this one as an exclusive, limited-capacity lunch so our members could truly connect, and having the amazing Mayiduo as our guest speaker made it a completely unforgettable afternoon.

We all know him from our feeds, but getting to hear Mayiduo’s real, unfiltered story about his hustle as an entrepreneur was incredibly inspiring. He dropped so many gems on building a brand, navigating the local business landscape, and leveraging social media to drive real-world success.

Between the delicious food and the rapid-fire sharing session, the energy in the room was phenomenal. There is nothing quite like this community when we get together to learn, share (makan gongsi!), and grow together.

A massive thank you to for keeping it real with us, and to everyone who joined this intimate lunch! Drop a 🔥 in the comments if you took down notes during the session!

BNYC Learning Visit to Artbox

Great business isn’t always done in meeting rooms—sometimes it happens under the neon lights of Singapore’s biggest creative market! 🎪✨

Tthe Bosses Network Young Chapter (BNYC) visited Artbox, but this wasn't just a casual outing. We had the exclusive privilege of hearing directly from Kent Teo, the visionary founder behind Artbox.

Listening to Kent share his entrepreneurial journey—the grit, the innovation, and what it takes to build and scale such a massive experiential event—was incredibly inspiring for all of us as business owners. It is always a powerful reminder of what it takes to turn a bold vision into reality.

We wrapped up the session by exploring the vibrant stalls, tasting innovative F&B concepts, and enjoying a lovely evening of casual networking. Thank you, Kent, for the invaluable insights, and to our BNYC members for another wonderful memory! 💡📈

A profound evening of insights, strategy, and forward-thinking at our recent BNYC Minister Dialogue! 🇸🇬

We had the distinct honor of hosting Minister Chan Chun Sing for an exclusive, closed-door session with our Bosses Network Young Chapter members. Navigating today’s rapidly shifting economic landscape requires more than just business acumen; it demands agility, a deep understanding of macro trends, and a commitment to continuous growth.

During the dialogue, Minister Chan shared invaluable perspectives on Singapore’s future economy, the importance of talent development, and how local enterprises can remain globally competitive. What stood out most was his candidness and the actionable advice he provided to our community of entrepreneurs and business owners.

It was a privilege to see over 100 like-minded leaders actively engaging, asking tough questions, and collaborating on how we can collectively future-proof our businesses. Thank you, Minister Chan, for your time, your wisdom, and your unwavering support for local enterprises.

To our BNYC members—let’s take these insights and turn them into action! 🚀
