ACTC“青松天地”—— 中秋节庆聚会

青松天地于9月24日举办了温馨欢乐的中秋节庆聚会，吸引了超过60多位乐龄朋友参加。大家齐聚一堂，共度一个充满传统文化、欢乐与团契的中秋佳节。

当天特别安排了精彩的中秋节短剧，让参加者在轻松欢笑的气氛中感受中秋节的传统与意义。接歌龙环节更是将现场气氛推向高潮，大家一起参与、互动，现场充满欢声笑语。

活动中也准备了丰富的午餐，让大家一边享用美食，一边与老朋友叙旧、认识新朋友。午餐后，大家一起品尝月饼、喝中国茶、吃柚子，在轻松愉快的气氛中享受中秋节的传统美食。

活动最后，每位参加者都收到一份可爱的猪笼饼，为这次温馨的中秋聚会画上圆满的句号。这份小小的心意，也让大家把节日的喜悦和祝福带回家。

这次中秋节庆聚会结合了传统文化、美食、欢乐与团契，让乐龄朋友在欢庆中秋的同时，也享受与朋友相聚的美好时光。整个上午充满笑声、温暖与关怀，也再次体现了青松天地为乐龄朋友提供一个健康、快乐及彼此关怀的平台。

ACTC “The Pine Haven” – Mooncake Festival Celebration

On 24 September 2026, ACTC’s The Pine Haven organised a warm and joyful Mooncake Festival celebration, attracting more than 60 seniors. Everyone gathered together to celebrate the festive occasion, enjoying a morning filled with traditional culture, fun, laughter and fellowship.

A special Mooncake Festival skit was presented during the event, bringing laughter and joy to the participants while allowing everyone to experience and appreciate the traditions of the festival. The sing-along activity further added to the festive atmosphere, encouraging everyone to participate and interact with one another.

A delicious lunch was also prepared for everyone to enjoy. It was a wonderful opportunity for the seniors to catch up with old friends, make new friends and enjoy fellowship over a meal. Following lunch, everyone enjoyed traditional Mooncake Festival treats, including mooncakes, chinese tea and pomelo, adding to the festive spirit of the celebration.

To round off the celebration, each participant received a cute piglet biscuit to bring home. This small token of appreciation brought an extra touch of warmth and joy, allowing everyone to take home a little reminder of the happy celebration.

Overall, the Mooncake Festival celebration brought together traditional culture, food, fun and fellowship, giving our seniors an enjoyable opportunity to celebrate the festive season together. The gathering was filled with laughter, warmth and care, reflecting The Pine Haven’s commitment to providing a meaningful, joyful and caring community for seniors.

ACTC“青松天地”——《爱护眼睛健康讲座》

青松天地在八月二十五日举办了爱护眼睛健康讲座，吸引了近100位乐龄朋友参加。当天邀请了许欧文高级眼科医生义务为大家主讲。他以生动、有趣的方式分享护眼知识，让参加者更加了解随着年龄增长，保护视力及定期检查眼睛的重要性。

我们也特别感谢 Digital Life Line的爱心赞助，为参加者准备了120份礼包,同时也安排了 Dr Poh Weijie 到来，使用最新科技为乐龄朋友们作测试。这慷慨的举动与心意，让长辈们感受到满满的关怀与温暖。讲座结束后，现场安排了验眼测试，让有需要的参加者进行基本的视力及眼睛健康检查。

活动以爱心午餐圆满结束。大家一边享用午餐，一边与朋友交流、分享，现场充满欢笑与温馨。

这次活动结合了健康教育与关怀，让长辈们在学习护眼知识的同时，也享受了一个健康、充实而愉快的上午。

ACTC “The Pine Haven” – Care for Your Eye Health Talk

On 25 August 2026, The Pine Haven of ACTC organised a “Care for Your Eye” Health Talk, attracting nearly 100 seniors attending the talk. We were honoured to have Senior Ophthalmologist Dr Owen Hee to volunteer his time to share with our seniors. Through his engaging and interesting presentation, participants gained a better understanding of eye care, the importance of protecting their vision as they age, and the need for regular eye examinations.

We would also like to extend our special thanks to Digital Life Line for their generous sponsorship of 120 gift packs for our participants. They also arranged for Dr Poh Weijie to be present and use the latest technology to conduct screenings for our senior friends. This generous gesture and thoughtful support brought a great sense of care and warmth to our seniors, making them feel truly valued and cared for. Following the talk, eye examinations were offered to participants who wished to have their basic eye health and vision assessed.

The event concluded with a group lunch, where everyone enjoyed a meal together while catching up and sharing with friends. The atmosphere was filled with laughter and warmth.

Overall, the event brought together health education which gave our seniors a meaningful and enjoyable morning while learning how to better care for their eyes.

ACTC“青松天地”——《遗嘱与持久授权书（LPA）规划讲座》

青松天地于7月23日在爱加倍中心举办了《遗嘱与持久授权书（LPA）规划讲座》，吸引了约78位乐龄朋友踊跃参与，一起听解和提升自己对遗产规划及个人权益保障的认识，帮助长者及家人提早做好人生规划，为未来作好准备。

此次讲座特别邀请来自合乐律师所的陈金凇律师担任主讲嘉宾，以浅显易懂的方式讲解遗嘱（Will）及持久授权书（LPA）的重要性，包括两者的定义、适用范围、设立程序，以及如何透过完善的规划保障个人意愿、并避免日后可能出现的法律及家庭纠纷。讲员亦分享了多个真实案例，让参加者更了解及掌握相关法律知识。

除了讲座内容丰富外，现场也设有问答交流环节，参加者积极提出有关遗嘱订立、LPA申请流程、执行人职责及家庭资产规划等问题。陈律师耐心细致地逐一解答，帮助大家厘清许多常见的误解，也让大家更加认识提早规划的重要性。

讲座结束后，众人共享爱心午餐，在轻松愉快的交流中彼此关怀、建立友谊，并合影留念。大家获得了宝贵的知识与实用的见解，真是收获满满的一天！

ACTC “The Pine Haven” – Will & Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) Planning Seminar

On 23 July 2026, The Pine Haven organised and held a “Will & Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA)” Planning talk at the AGAPE Centre. The talk attracted about 78 seniors, who participated enthusiastically to gain a better understanding of executing a will and lasting power of attorney for personal legal protection. The session aimed to encourage seniors and their families to plan ahead and make informed decisions for the future.

The talk featured Mr. Tan Jin Song from Havelock Law Corporation as guest speaker. Through clear and practical explanations, he highlighted the importance of making a Will and appointing a Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA). Topics covered included the purpose and scope of both legal instruments, the application process, and how proper planning can safeguard one's wishes while helping to prevent potential legal disputes and family conflicts. Real-life case studies were also shared to provide participants with a deeper understanding of these important legal matters.

An interactive Q&A session followed the presentation, where participants actively raised questions on topics such as preparing a Will, the LPA application process, the responsibilities of executors and donees.

The event concluded with a fellowship lunch, where participants enjoyed meaningful conversations, strengthened friendships, and took group photos to commemorate the occasion. Everyone left with valuable knowledge and practical insights that will help them make informed decisions for themselves and their loved ones.

在5月28日，青松天地在爱加倍中心举办健康讲座 - 爱护双手，远离疼痛。
这次，我们邀请了专业职能治疗师邬晓渊姐妹为60多位的乐龄朋友讲解如何爱护双手。

活动当天，晓渊姐妹分享了双手在日常生活里的重要性，以及随着年龄的增长可能面对的手部关节僵硬和肌肉无力等等。随后讲师以投影和亲自示范如何在日常生活里正确的来使用我们的双手。

一个小时的示范和讲解让参加者获益许多，让大家不但对手部正确的应用，也更关注手部的健康。

活动结束后，众人一起享用午餐，并拍照留念，为当天的活动画下温馨的句点。

On 28 May, ACTC held a health talk titled “Caring for Your Hands, Living Free from Pain” at Agape Centre.

We were pleased to invite Occupational Therapist Ms. Wu Xiaoyuan to share practical knowledge on hand care with more than 60 senior participants.

During the session, Ms. Wu highlighted the importance of our hands in daily living and discussed common age-related issues such as joint stiffness and muscle weakness. Through visual presentations and live demonstrations, she taught participants how to use their hands correctly in everyday activities to reduce strain and prevent pain.

The one-hour talk and demonstration proved to be both informative and beneficial. Participants gained a better understanding of proper hand usage and became more aware of the importance of maintaining hand health.

The event concluded with a fellowship lunch and a group photo session, bringing the day to a warm and memorable close.

ACTC“青松天地”——《爱的回忆》感恩双亲会
6月25日，青松天地在爱加倍中心举办了《爱的回忆》感恩双亲会，吸引了60多位乐龄朋友参与，一同度过了一个充满温馨与感恩的上午。

此次活动特别邀请了两位分享嘉宾，分别讲述自己对父母的感恩故事，分享父母无私的爱、无怨无悔的付出，以及一路以来的陪伴，如何影响他们的生命，也让他们学习珍惜亲情、勇于表达感谢。此外，如兰姐妹也以“爱的传承”，与大家分享如何将上一代父母所给予的爱与美好的价值观继续传承下去，让爱在家庭中延续。真诚感人的分享深深触动了在场每一位参加者，也提醒大家珍惜与家人相处的每一刻，把爱及时表达出来。

当天的活动围绕着“爱的回忆”展开。透过两道简单却发人深省的问题——“你还记得哪些话，至今仍感动你的心吗？和 “你还记得哪些菜肴，至今仍温暖你的心吗？”，带领大家回忆生命中那些难忘的亲情时刻。不少长辈踊跃分享自己珍藏多年的回忆，有人忆起父母一句鼓励的话，也有人分享儿时熟悉的家常菜，现场充满欢笑，也流露出真挚的感动。

活动结束前，大家一同享用爱心午餐，在轻松愉快的交流中彼此关怀、建立友谊，并合影留念，为当天的聚会画下温馨圆满的句点。

On 25 June, “Memories of Love“ Parents’ Appreciation Gathering at the Agape Centre, brought together more than 60 seniors for a warm and meaningful morning.

The programme featured two guest speakers who shared heartfelt stories of gratitude towards their parents, reflecting on their parents' unconditional love, sacrifices, and lifelong support. Sister Rulan also shared an encouraging message on passing on the legacy of love from one generation to the next. Their sincere sharing touched many hearts and reminded everyone to cherish their loved ones and express their appreciation.

The event also included an interactive session built around two thought-provoking questions: “Do you still remember the words that touched your heart?” and “Do you still remember the dishes that still warm your heart?” Many seniors joyfully shared precious memories of their parents and family, creating a warm and touching atmosphere.

The gathering concluded with a fellowship lunch and group photo.
