The Gifted Singing Competition aims to uncover young vocal talents and provide them with an opportunity to gather useful experiences related to their interest. Supplementary to bringing youths of the same interest together, this competition hopes to bring attention to the importance of giving back to the community. hey can make for a needy person with just small amount of compassion and attention. Through the community involvement program which we have installed for the finalists of the competition, we would like the youths to be well-aware that everyone of us has the ability to make someone’s world a happier, healthier and safer place to live; Each of us can right a wrong, fill a plate, visit a shut-in, rescue a pet, deliver a meal, tend a public garden, mentor a child or do any action that inspires each of us. The Gifted is a singing competition open to all Singaporean youths age between 12 to 35. There are 2 categories for youths of different age groups to compete in; one for teenagers age 12 to 17 years old and one for youths age 18 to 35 years old.
