Conductors’ Training: With more than 30 years of experience as a choral conductor under his belt, Rev Lee Chong Min, the Artistic Director of ICCCS, understands the challenges and difficulties faced by choral conductors. He is passionate about sharing his knowledge and experiences and has sought to provide choral conductors a platform for learning and interaction so that they can become a greater
blessing to their churches. Till 2013, about 1700 conductors are trained.
2. Choral Training: Choral workshops and camps are organized to promote interaction amongst church choirs. The training event is an avenue to teach choral singing techniques and knowledge, and to touch & transform lives through the Word of God, and to impact the participants with biblical concepts and right attitude of serving in ministries. Till 2013, more than 5000 choristers / choir members are trained.
3. Publication:
- In response to the needs and demand for professional church music resources the quarterly magazine “Christian Choral Bulletin” is published since 2004, to provide a platform for news and information about choral conducting to a larger audience, that is with 2000 copies printed and distributing in 10 countries across 3 continents
- To meet the needs of both English and Chinese speaking churches throughout Asia, ICCCS and Singapore Bible College jointly published the bilingual Christian Choral Music series “DOXA”, to provide quality choral anthem for local churches in the region
4. International Christian Festival Singers: formed in Oct 2007 with purpose of bringing together Christian singers from all over the world to form a world-class choir for the purposes of reaching out evangelistically and demonstrating quality church music.
5. Church Music Education Fund: established to provide financial support to workers serving fervently in church music ministries
6. Youth Music Ministry Development Fund: established to make available quality instruction and training resources at youth camps held regularly in East Malaysia. South Malaysia region was benefitted to start organizing youth camp since 2011. Sabah region will start the youth ministry from 2014. Since 2008 till 2013, about 2800 teenagers in total have benefitted from these youth camps.
