There’s something special about coming together with a shared purpose,
especially during this festive season. ✨ ​

In partnership with the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore Staff Union
(IRASSU), and powered by the NTUC- U Care Fund, volunteers baked cookies
alongside clients at the MINDS Regional Hub (Hougang), before sharing the festive cheer through cookie and goodie bag distribution at the MINDS Community Hub (Geylang Serai).​

A spontaneous garden tour, where volunteers learnt about organic vegetables
grown by clients and showed their support, became a meaningful reminder of
how simple moments can deepen connection and understanding. 🌱​

Beyond the treats, the day was about connection; building friendships,
strengthening bonds, and raising awareness of the meaningful work that MINDS
does in supporting persons with intellectual disability. ​

Because when we Do-Good together, we grow stronger together. 🌟 ​

The Singapore Urban Redevelopment Authority Workers' Union (SURAWU) hosted 30 boys from Muhammadiyah Welfare Home for a fun-filled and meaningful afternoon at Snow City on 8 December 2025 as part of NTUC Club’s Do Good initiative. From snow play and bumper cars to an engaging Snow Science Workshop, volunteers and beneficiaries shared laughter, learning, and unforgettable moments together.

This collaboration reflects a commitment to fostering volunteerism within the Labour Movement and supporting Club’s vision of being a Company of Good. A heartfelt thank you to SURAWU and all volunteers for making this experience truly special for the children! 💜 This meaningful event was powered by the NTUC-U Care Fund.

to an unforgettable day at the Singapore Oceanarium on 21 December 2025! 🐟🐠🫧​

We had the pleasure of hosting 89 beneficiaries — children, youth and adults supported by the NTUC-U Care Fund — for an engaging guided experience under the Empowering Dreams programme. From getting up close with marine life to exploring behind-the-scenes insights into the marine industry, the day was full of wonder, learning, and shared excitement. ✨​
​
This initiative is part of our Do-Good movement under the NTUC Care (Empowering Dreams) programme, which aims to provide equal opportunities for children and youth from lower-income families to grow, thrive, and be inspired. 💜​
​
As the final Empowering Dreams experience of 2025, we want to extend our heartfelt thanks to all volunteers and partners who made this possible. Special appreciation to Singapore Oceanarium for giving families a unique glimpse into the marine world.​

This year, NTUC Club was proud to march as one in The Purple Parade 2025, Singapore’s largest movement celebrating inclusion and the abilities of persons with disabilities. 💜

My Volunteer Kaki, together with our colleagues, families, union leaders, and community partners, walked to champion the message that everyone belongs. Our presence at the parade reflects our ongoing commitment to building a kinder, more inclusive society, one where abilities are celebrated and every individual is valued. 🌈✨

Inclusion starts with each of us, and we’re proud to take this step forward together – for all, for good. 💫

Sweet bakes, big hearts! 🍪✨ My Volunteer Kaki, together with our dedicated partners from AUSBE - The Amalgamated Union of Statutory Board Employees, joined hands once again with trainees from MINDS Regional Hub (Hougang) for our third collaborative baking session.

Together we baked 100 packets of cookies, each one sprinkled with love, teamwork, and joy. 💛

But the sweetness didn’t stop there! Our volunteers personally delivered these treats to 100 clients at MINDSVille @ Napiri Home, brightening their day with smiles and connection. 💫

Every session reminds us what doing good together really is all about — community, compassion, and a shared purpose. A big thank-you to everyone who made this collaboration a heartfelt success! 💜
