The Ship for Southeast Asian and Japanese Youth Programme (SSEAYP) is an international youth exchange programme that brings together more than 300 youths between the age of 18 to 30 years old from ASEAN countries and Japan, for the unique opportunity to live together on board the Nippon Maru Ship for over 50 days. The primary objectives of this programme is to promote friendship and mutual underst
anding among youths of the ASEAN countries and Japan; to broaden their perspectives of the world as well as to strengthen their motivations and abilities in international cooperation through discussions and various exchange activities onboard as well as in the countries visited. We are proud to be representing Singapore for SSEAYP in this jubilant year, and we can't wait to share this exciting journey with you!
