NTUC Youth NTUC Youth is the youth wing of the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) and the largest youth movement in Singapore.

Since our founding in April 2005, NTUC Youth has grown to over 180,000 working adults aged 35 years and below. Terms of Use:

From Singapore to Shenzhen! 🇸🇬✈️🇨🇳
Our second batch of NTUC Starter Awardees took learning beyond the classroom with an unforgettable overseas learning journey to one of the world’s most innovative cities. 🚀
 
From visiting Huawei and exploring how emerging technologies are reshaping industries, to discovering the innovation ecosystem that powers Shenzhen’s rapid growth, the awardees got a first-hand look at the future of work in action.

The awardees also had a sharing session with the Shenzhen Federation of Trade Unions, where they exchanged ideas on youth empowerment, workforce development and how labour movements can continue supporting workers in a rapidly changing world.
Beyond the visits and discussions, the journey challenged awardees to step out of their comfort zones, broaden their perspectives and learn from the people driving innovation and transformation.

New ideas. New connections. New possibilities. 🌟
