The National Leadership Development Conference 2021 is a three-day virtual conference held from the 19th to 21st of February this year, that will bring together over 100 local and international youth leaders. This conference aims to develop leadership soft skills and practical skills among our local & international AIESEC youths, through a series of dialogues and exchange sessions. Topics such as
