Our Beneficiaries are young people aged 12-21 years who are experiencing emotional and/or academic challenges and often lack a sense of direction in life. They may have been suspended or expelled from school due to illegal activities, anti-social behaviour, bullying, or truancy; they may have had brushes with the law, engaged in substance abuse or gangs. They too may themselves have been victims o
f abuse. Our organisation provides the young marginalised members of our community with tools, training, and mentoring to help them adapt and grow in our dynamic, fast-moving society and achieve their highest potential: socially, emotionally, and intellectually. We achieve it through targeted activities that help complete education, explore potential career paths and gain employment skills to build meaningful lives as well as assist families in guiding their children towards a brighter future. By fostering the abilities of young people to learn and innovate, we seek to become a driving force for restoration of productive lives to individuals otherwise in need. Circle of Friends is a non-profit organisation and this work would not be possible without donations.
