Dive into Fitness with ACES Care’s Aqua Aerobics Classes!
Last Thursday, ACES Care successfully launched the first session of its Aqua Aerobics programme designed especially for seniors.
Transforming the swimming pool into a dynamic fitness space, this programme combines gentle yet effective exercises with music, creating a fun and refreshing way for seniors to improve strength, mobility, balance, and overall well-being. The low-impact nature of water-based exercise makes it suitable for seniors with different mobility levels, while also providing opportunities to build friendships and social connections.
Led by Mdm Yu Poh Leng, a passionate water sports enthusiast, the programme offers a safe and supportive environment for participants of all swimming abilities. Classes are conducted in shallow water (1–1.2 metres deep), ensuring comfort and confidence for both swimmers and non-swimmers alike.

上周四,ACES Care 成功举办了水中有氧运动课程的首场活动,专为长者设计。
该课程将游泳池转变为充满活力的健身空间,通过轻柔但有效的运动配合音乐,让长者在轻松愉快的氛围中锻炼身体,提升肌力、柔韧性、平衡感以及整体健康水平。水中运动属于低冲击运动,非常适合不同行动能力的长者,同时也促进参与者之间的交流与友谊。
课程由热爱水上运动的Yu Poh Leng女士带领,为所有参与者提供安全、支持性的运动环境。课程在浅水区(1–1.2米)进行,确保会游泳与不会游泳的参与者都能安心参与。
