Planning to donate? Here are some helpful tips! 📝

Before you donate your pre-loved items to Pass-It-On, please take note of the following:

✅ Check the condition – Ask yourself: would I want to use this item? We only accept items that are in good, working condition.

✅ No obsolete household items – This helps ensure quality and usability.

✅ Take clear photos – Provide photos of the items you'd like to donate so that our social service agencies can assess them. Please upload your item pictures in .jpg, .gif or .png format, and make sure the file does not exceed 5MB.

✅ Plan ahead – Avoid last-minute stress by planning your donation early.

✅ Be prepared to keep your items until a match is found as our social service agents need to check with our beneficiaries first.

❌ What we do not accept: Damaged or non-working items, medications & supplements, religious artefacts, stained & dirty household items and used undergarments.

Your thoughtful donations make a real difference to families in our community. Thank you for passing it on! 💚

Donate your used but functional televisions, washing machines, tables & chairs, fridges and wardrobes via Pass-It-On and help reduce waste while supporting those who need these essentials most.
