新加坡金门会馆文教部 文教部为新加坡金门会馆属下的文教组织。宗旨：发布文教部主办的活动，如讲座、电影观赏等，以鼓励更多乡亲或社会人士参与。文教部也积极收集与整理和金门先贤相关的文史资料与书籍等。

5月30日，由金门会馆会员事务暨数码通讯组副主任陈泽凯主讲的英语专题讲座“From AI to Quantum: The Future of Computing That Will Shape Our World”圆满举行，并由董事许振义博士担任主持人。讲座吸引约50位人士出席，令人欣喜的是，现场出现了不少年轻面孔，展现年轻一代对人工智能与量子科技等前沿课题的浓厚兴趣。
讲座结束前，许振义博士赠送纪念品予陈泽凯，以表谢意。会馆也准备了红豆汤和蛋糕，及陈泽凯从金门带回来的贡糖作为茶点，让与会者在轻松愉快的氛围中交流互动，为活动画下圆满句点。
