Our Objectives:
1) The main objective of our Association is to promote international comic arts & culture worldwide and facilitate international exchange
2) Establish network for local comic artists to showcase and market their talents and art internationally, thereby promoting Singapore's comic arts to an international audience
3) Strengthen and proliferate comic arts & cultural exchanges, trai
n and nurture local comic creators into top industry talents
4) Provide a platform for comic artists to publish their art and assist them in gaining access to opportunities internationally
5) Fulfill social responsibilities by assisting governmental and civil associations in promoting their public image and policy directives
6) Organise and support international comic arts & culture competitions so as to expand the influence of Singapore's comic cultural & creative industries

本會宗旨：
一，本會為發揚國際動漫文化藝術交流為要務。
二，搭建渠道向海外開拓行銷本土動漫創作與人才，將新加坡動漫推廣到國際。
三，加強動漫文化藝術交流，培植優秀動漫相關人才。
四，提供動漫發表創作園地，邁向國際爭取資源。
五，接受委託協助政府或民間團體宣導政令及形象之社會工作。
六，舉辦或協辦國際動漫文化藝術之比賽，推廣新加坡動漫文化創意產業影響力。
