We at RCSH say: 💜 ONE STEP. ONE VOICE. ONE DREAM — A WORLD WITHOUT POLIO. 💜

On 30 August 2026, Rotarians, friends and families came together in a powerful show of solidarity for the launch of the Step-Up End Polio Challenge.
Different people. Different stories. One shared belief:

NO CHILD SHOULD EVER HAVE TO LIVE WITH POLIO.

With every step we took, every voice we raised and every dollar we contributed, we moved closer to a world where polio is only a memory.

And our impact goes even further. For every US$1 raised, an additional US$2 will be contributed by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation — tripling the power of every contribution towards the fight against polio.
💜 Why purple?
That little purple mark on a child's pinky represents something much bigger — a child protected, a family reassured, and a future filled with hope.
Today, we don't just step up for a cause.
We step up for every child who deserves a healthy future.
We step up for every family waiting for a polio-free world.
We step up because together, our actions can change lives.
