In this blessed month of Ramadan, as we reflect on compassion and generosity, may we remember our brothers and sisters in Gaza and continue to support them in any way we can.

RLAF, in collaboration with UNICEF and the Egyptian Red Crescent , launched the Aid for Gaza 2026, a fundraising campaign running from 8 January to 31 March 2026 to support early recovery and rehabilitation efforts in Gaza.

All funds raised will be channelled through UNICEF and the Egyptian Red Crescent to help restore essential services, including access to healthcare, psychosocial support, shelters, and community kitchens.

Ramadan carries with it a beautiful spirit of togetherness. What is meaningful is that the togetherness extends beyond breaking fast with family and friends; it includes the way neighbours look out for one another, colleagues showing understanding, and communities coming together with care and respect. This is what makes our society strong: we grow closer when we choose empathy, even across differences.

Ramadan membawa semangat kebersamaan yang indah. Istimewanya, kebersamaan itu tidak terbatas sekadar berbuka puasa bersama keluarga dan rakan-rakan. Bahkan, semangat ini turut terserlah melalui kemesraan antara jiran serta kesefahaman antara rakan sekerja. Masyarakat kita menjadi lebih erat apabila memilih empati, walaupun dalam kepelbagaian.

Selamat berpuasa kepada semua.

One last house visit before Ramadan.
This morning at Blk 22 Chai Chee Road, we had the privilege of visiting residents, sharing care packs, exchanging warm greetings, and updating them on our upcoming Ramadan programmes, including the Buka Puasa and Bazaar Bestari event (Stay tuned for details!)

Grateful for the wonderful company of the passionate youths from Muda.SG and our supportive friends from Elias MAEC. Truly a meaningful and heartwarming way to begin our Sunday 🤍

We spent the morning at the ‘Share Rezeki @ Bedok South’ event organised by our friends from Masjid Kassim, and the kampung spirit was alive from start to end. Our volunteers from Bedok MAEC, Kg Chai Chee MAEC, Siglap South MAEC and our youths from M³@ Bedok brought such warmth to the ground. We loved reconnecting with our residents, and we were glad our M³@ Bedok adviser, Ms Hazlina, joined us to meet everyone. Moments like these remind us what a strong, caring community can do together. Terima kasih!

Wrapped up our very first KMM (Kelas Matematika by Yayasan Mendaki) run with 14 amazing kids and their parents from 10 families! 🎉 After 6 weeks of learning and growing together, we celebrated their graduation with Mr Muhammad Helmi Khaswan, chairman of Kampong Chai Chee MAEC. Grateful for the partnership and excited to work with Yayasan Mendaki to bring more fun learning opportunities to families in M³@ Bedok.

Coming together at the M³ Retreat at HomeTeamNS Khatib last Saturday reminded us why the work we do as M³@ Bedok matters. Joined by our partners from various Malay Muslim Organisations (MMOs) and Indian Muslim Organisations (IMOs), we spent the afternoon exchanging ideas, strengthening collaboration, and shaping how we can better support our Malay Muslim community.

It was inspiring to hear the shared commitment to uplift families, empower individuals, and keep building a town where everyone feels supported.

We were grateful to have our M³@ Bedok Adviser, Ms Hazlina Abdul Halim, with us — and honoured by the presence of Deputy Prime Minister Gan Kim Yong and Ag. Min MM Affairs A/Prof Faishal Ibrahim, whose encouragement fuels our aspirations for a stronger, more connected community. Here’s to continuing the work, together!

~Peluang untuk berkumpul sewaktu acara ‘M³ Retreat’ di HomeTeamNS Khatib pada Sabtu lalu mengingatkan kami akan peri pentingnya peranan M³@ Bedok. Bersama rakan-rakan daripada pelbagai Pertubuhan Melayu Islam (MMOs) dan Pertubuhan India Muslim (IMOs), kami meluangkan masa bertukar idea, mengukuhkan kerjasama dan merangka cara untuk terus menyokong masyarakat Melayu/Islam dengan lebih baik.

Melalui perkongsian yang diadakan, kami terinspirasi akan komitmen bersama dalam usaha menyokong keluarga, memperkasa individu serta membina sistem sokongan bandar yang kukuh.

Kami berbesar hati dengan kehadiran Penasihat M³@ Bedok, Puan Hazlina Abdul Halim. Turut hadir ialah Timbalan Perdana Menteri Gan Kim Yong serta Pemangku Menteri Bertanggungjawab bagi Hal Ehwal Masyarakat Islam, Prof Madya Faishal Ibrahim, yang terus memberi dorongan kepada aspirasi kami demi membina masyarakat yang bersatu padu.

School’s out — JOM go out! 🚒✨
Our very first JOM: Explore & Learn adventure brought the kids to Changi Fire Station this morning. They got up close with real firefighting equipment, climbed onto the impressive pump ladder, and even tried handling the fire hose — an experience they won’t forget!
