This campaign aims to bring a smile to the face of patients through the simple act of collecting lifestyle magazines and other light reads from NUS and the wider community for the NUH Mobile Library program via a book donation drive. e also endeavor to get book donors to pen little notes of encouragements that will be passed on to the patients by the Mobile Library volunteers to cheer them on. The NUH Mobile Library Program is an initiative that brings together compassionate individuals who distribute reading materials via a Mobile Library push cart to patients for their reading pleasure. These reading materials range from magazines of different genres to novels for all ages. The volunteering sessions also provide opportunities for volunteers to interact with the patients, forge friendships, read with them or simply be there to provide a listening ear.
