AWWA Senior Community Home:
- Provides accommodation for Singaporeans and Permanent Residents aged over 60 who are on public assistance of have no family or means of financial support. Admission Criteria, Applicant must be:
- At least 60 years old and above (Those aged 50-60 will be considered on a case-by-case basis)
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Physically and mentally fit, free f
rom infectious diseases, requires minimal medical care and capable of taking care of their daily living activities.
- Without family and means of financial support or on Public Assistance
Operating Hours: 24 hours
Office hours: Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 6.00pm
AWWA Senior Activity Centre:
- A drop in centre for low income seniors living in Blk 123, 125 and neighbouring blocks of Ang Mo Kio Ave 6
- Provides social and recreational activities and programmes in the aim to improve low income seniors' quality of life and also to prevent social isolation of the poor and vulnerable seniors. Admission Criteria, Applicant must be:
- 60 years and above (case by case basis for seniors below 60 years old)
- Singapore Citizens or Permanent Resident
- Staying in Block 123,125 or in the neighbouring blocks
- Physically and mentally fit, free from infectious diseases

Monday to Friday: 8.30 am - 5.30pm
AWWA Rehab and Day Care Centre:
- A Day Rehabilitation Centre committed to serve the elderly discharged from hospitals, with physical challenges and with good potentials to recover. Admission Criteria, Applicant must be:
- Singapore Citizens or Permanent Resident
- Suffering from physical dysfunction like Stroke, Parkinson Disease, Fracture etc that resulted in activity limitation and participation restriction
- Minimal functional abilities in ADLs like feeding, toileting etc
- Free from active infectious diseases and unmanageable mental or behavioural problems (at the discretion of the centre)
- Medically assessed to be fit for rehabilitation
- Potential to recover with rehabilitation based on AWWA Therapist's assessment

AWWA Dementia Day Care Centre:
- A centre for maintenance day care for persons with dementia. The centre includes general monitoring of clients with dementia providing assistance with their activities of daily living and conducting of basic activities and exercises.
- The aim of the centre is to slow down the deterioration of the client’s physical and mental functions and to maintain the client in the community for as long as possible. Admission Criteria, Applicant must be:
- Singapore Citizens or Permanent Resident
- Suffering from dementia (must be certified by Doctor)
- Minimal functional abilities in ADLs like feeding, toileting etc
- Free from active infectious diseases and unmanageable mental or behavioural problems (at the discretion of the centre)
