🚨 Empowering Residents. Strengthening Community Preparedness. 🚨

Today, C2E and Toa Payoh Crest RN, with the strong support of the 1st Division Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF), successfully conducted the Responder Plus Programme at Toa Payoh Crest RN. 💪

Residents of Toa Payoh Crest, CERT members, and Toa Payoh Citizens on Patrol (COP) members came together to learn valuable lifesaving skills, including:
✅ First Aid
✅ CPR-AED for Adults & Infants
✅ Proper Use of Fire Extinguishers

Through hands-on training and active participation, our community members are now better prepared to respond during emergencies and support one another when it matters most. 🏡❤️

A heartfelt thank you to all participants, trainers, volunteers, and partners for making today’s programme meaningful and impactful. Together, we continue building a safer, stronger, and more resilient community! 🙌

What a great turnout this morning at Toa Payoh West CC! 💪

Residents stepped up to learn fire safety, picked up life-saving tips, and took a big step towards keeping our community safe and ready.

In moments of crisis, ordinary people step up in extraordinary ways.
Our C2E member, Martin Wong, was recently featured in the news for his response to a road traffic accident at Toa Payoh North Flyover. His swift actions in assessing casualties, providing first aid, and managing the scene made a real difference before emergency services arrived.
This is what community readiness looks like — calm, decisive, and stepping forward when it matters most.

A big thank you to everyone who took part in today’s Fire Evacuation Drill at Block 199 Toa Payoh North! 🚒

Our appreciation goes to the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) for guiding and supporting the exercise, and to the Singapore Police Force (SPF) for sharing important scam awareness tips with our residents. 👮‍♀️💬

We would also like to thank our dedicated CERT members and amazing volunteers from the Toa Payoh Zone 1 Residents’ Network for their time and teamwork in making this event a success. 🙌🏻
