OIC- Organisation of Illustrators Council OICsingapore ( 新加坡插画师协会 ) is Singapore's best illustration / Illustrator's networking platform!

We aim to spread the love for drawing/ illustrating, to make our illustrators and their work known and to create a vibrant community for illustrators. We are the organiser for Illustration Arts Fest since 2016 ( http://illustrationartsfest.org/ )

We have been organising the monthly events since June 2007
