Raunak Biswas and his wife, Aishwarya Tandon, began volunteering with Kreta Ayer earlier this year, driven by a desire to give back more meaningfully. Moving beyond corporate volunteering, they sought deeper connections and a more personal impact within the community.

They have supported events such as JoyPlus Hari Raya, Easter Egg Colouring, Tamil New Year, and International Women’s Day, while building genuine bonds with residents from diverse backgrounds.

A memorable moment for Raunak was helping an elderly lady safely board her bus during JoyPlus Hari Raya, her gratitude reminded him how small acts can make a big difference.

For them, volunteering is about connection, compassion, and strengthening the community through everyday kindness.
