We are honoured to introduce our moderator, Mr. David Wong, a seasoned professional with extensive experience across procurement, operations, and supply chain management.

Currently managing area inventory for a global vessel management and marine services firm, David brings with him diverse global experience and cross-cultural expertise. His exposure to a wide range of industry products and services has equipped him with deep insights into the real-world challenges of effective procurement and supply chain management.

Another proud SIPMM alumnus, David has completed both the Diploma in Procurement & Supply Management and the Advanced Diploma in Procurement & Supply Management (Honours) (now known as the Graduate Diploma in Procurement & Supply Chain Management).

A familiar face to many of our past and current students, he also teaches procurement courses in SIPMM, bringing practical industry perspectives into the classroom. As the moderator, David will enrich the discussion with insights drawn from both his professional journey and the many practitioners he has guided over the years.

On 1 December 2025, the SIPMM team conducted a specialised overseas training programme for Dhivehi Raajjeyge Gulhun Public Limited (Dhiraagu) at Maldives.

Dhiraagu, the nation’s leading telecommunications service provider in the Maldives, caters to over half a million customers and plays a vital role in connecting communities across the country. SIPMM is honoured to conduct overseas workshops for two exceptional companies in the Maldives.

Both workshops were conducted by our expert trainer Ms. Cindy Teo, a procurement specialist with over 20 years of experience.
