We are proud to share that a renewed Collective Agreement has been officially signed with VOCO Orchard Singapore!
VOCO Orchard Singapore continues to stand out as a strong partner in the hospitality industry, with a clear commitment towards both service excellence and workforce development. Beyond delivering memorable guest experiences, the team has also continued embracing transformation and progressive workplace practices to better support workers in a fast-evolving industry.
What makes this partnership meaningful is the shared belief that business success must go hand in hand with taking care of workers. This renewed agreement brings about several positive improvements that will better support employees both at work and at home.
For workers on the ground, the renewed CA includes better salary adjustments and enhanced flexible benefits support to help workers manage daily needs and rising costs. Annual leave provisions have also been expanded, giving workers more time to rest, recharge, and spend quality moments with their loved ones.
Importantly, Family Care Leave has now been expanded to include parents-in-law, recognising the important role workers play in caring for extended family members as well.
