Some people leave footprints quietly, but deeply, within a community.

Willis (SL-9746) was one of them.

Through the years, many of us knew Willis not just as Darth Vader, but also as a familiar and jovial presence within the Singapore Garrison who had a fondness for dad jokes. From troops to gatherings, from random conversations to shared laughter behind the scenes, he was part of the memories that shaped our community. He showed up not only for his fellow troopers, but also events beyond our shores with his iconic villain costume.

Today, we mourn the loss of a fellow trooper, but more importantly, a friend.

Thank you, Willis, for walking this journey with us and for being part of our Legion family. Though the armor may now rest, your memory will continue to march alongside us in every troop and every gathering to come.

Rest easy, trooper.
May the Force be with you, always.

Today, we say goodbye to our fellow trooper and dear friend, Lewyn Lee (TR-4663).

Many in the Singapore Garrison knew Lewyn not only through troops and events, but through his incredible passion for Star Wars itself. To collectors and fans alike, Lewyn was known for having one of the most impressive 3.75” Star Wars figure collections, a reflection of just how deeply he loved the galaxy far, far away.

But beyond the collection was the person we came to know. A fellow fan, a trooper, a friend who shared that passion with the community around him. The conversations, excitement, knowledge, and memories he brought into the Legion will stay with many of us for years to come.

The Force connected all of us through this shared journey, and today we mourn together as a family.

Thank you, Lewyn, for the joy, friendship, and passion you brought into this community. Your collection may have been legendary, but the memories you left behind with us matter even more.

May the Force be with you, always.
