Leadership sits at the heart of social impact. Yet, we often invest in technical skills, rather than the harder-to-name qualities that build trust and move people to act.

Every young person deserves a place to belong.

But for many youths in Chong Pang, access to safe and structured recreational activities — including those that encourage connecting with parents and the wider community — is limited.

This Singapore Youth Day, we spotlight North Pool: started by our resident partner Kelvin Chung, under our Thriving Communities Initiative.

What started as a weekly game of pool has become a space where youths, parents, and seniors from the neighbourhood come together across generations to learn, play and build friendships.🎱
