We are deeply honoured to be recognised for one of our programnes under the President’s Challenge (PC) 2026.

This milestone affirms the impact of our Children Support Programme over the past 16 years, where we have remained committed to uplifting vulnerable children and empowering youth to make a difference in their communities. Being part of PC strengthens our mission and reinforces the importance of sustained social impact, volunteerism, and fostering a more inclusive, multicultural society.

With this support, Heartware Network will continue to grow and deepen our efforts, nurturing the next generation of changemakers and creating meaningful opportunities for youth to give back.

We are grateful for this recognition and look forward to journeying alongside like-minded partners to build a more compassionate Singapore.

Together with the programmes the annual fundraising event started supporting last year, it brings the total number of programmes supported to 121.

Our 𝗩𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 came together last Saturday for their training with the 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗲®️ (𝗬𝗣𝗖)! 💥

From understanding their roles and responsibilities to bonding through interactive scenarios and activities, our volunteers are gearing up for NDP 🇸🇬✨

We were also honoured to receive BG Lim Han Yong (NDP Chairman EXCO, Chief Armour Officer), for sharing inspiring insights on leadership and serving with HEART ❤️ during his recent visit. Joining him were COL Yeo Hwee Bin (Director O&S) and SLTC Eugene Lim (Chairman PR&P)

In addition, our volunteers went through a Cybersafe training, learning how to stay safe online, manage their digital footprint, and combat cyberbullying, key skills they can apply during NDP and beyond. 💻🛡️

We’re excited to see them grow, lead, and make a difference! 🙌

We are honoured to share that Heartware Network has been recognised with two awards at Celebrations SST 2026, held by the School of Science and Technology, Singapore, on 10 April 2026:

• Partner for SST DNA Applied Learning Award
• Partner for a Better World Award

These recognitions affirm our commitment to empowering youth through meaningful partnerships and applied learning opportunities.

We are especially proud to support the Integrated Diploma Programme (SST–NP IDP), a pioneering STEAM through-train pathway offering students direct progression to Ngee Ann Polytechnic.

Through this partnership, we deliver CCE workshops on service learning, connect students with community partners for their VIA projects, and mentor them on capstone projects to address real-world community challenges.

Heartware Network remains dedicated to nurturing future-ready youth and contributing to a better world through education and collaboration.
