2026 WLI Gender Gap Survey | Turning Insights into Action
As a publicity partner, AWiCS is proud to support the Gender Gap Survey conducted by Urban Land Institute Women's Leadership Initiative (WLI), which brings together 175 responses from professionals across the Asia Pacific real estate and built environment sector.
The findings highlight persistent gaps in leadership, career progression, networks, flexibility and sponsorship โ reinforcing the need for continued action across our industry.
We believe meaningful change happens when we turn insights into action. By shining a light on these challenges, we can better understand the barriers women face and work collectively towards a more inclusive and equitable built environment.
The findings remind us that closing the gender gap requires more than awareness โ it requires action.
