我们很高兴在会所迎接来自海外的音乐朋友——梅州的客家文化大使陈善宝教授，以及香港都会大学讲师陈康言博士。两位嘉宾在音乐创作上都有杰出成就与热诚，同时也展现了他们对融合文化元素的音乐创作的热情。

交流中，他们分享了如何把传统元素融入现代作品的经历，并和大家进行了真诚而深入的对话，启发我们思考音乐如何在传承文化的同时与年轻一代建立联系。

这次交流既令人鼓舞又发人深思——再次证明了创意与文化相辅相成，而音乐始终是连接传统与创新的桥梁。

We were delighted to welcome music friends from overseas at our clan office — Professor Chen Shanbao, Hakka Cultural Ambassador from Meizhou, and Dr. Chen Kangyan, Lecturer at Hong Kong Metropolitan University (Names are phonetic transliteration). Both guests have achieved outstanding success in music and demonstrated great passion for their art. They shared their passion for creating works enriched with cultural heritage.

During the exchange, they spoke about their journey of blending traditional elements into modern compositions and engaged in sincere, in‑depth dialogue with us. Their insights inspired reflection on how music can preserve culture while connecting with younger generations.

This encounter was both uplifting and thought‑provoking — a powerful reminder that creativity and culture go hand in hand, and that music remains a bridge between tradition and innovation.

5月24日，新加坡陳氏總會、新加坡舜裔宗親聯誼會与南舜同宗会在南舜会所热情接待福建漳州开漳祖庙合族祠陈元光故居燕翼宫管委会访问团。 新马两地漳州总会会长等嘉宾也到场参与。新加坡四邑陈氏会馆亦积极参与，并记录下这一刻。大家畅所欲言，交流融洽，留下了珍贵的合照与美好回忆.
On May 24, Federation of Chen Clan Associations Singapore, Shun Yi Association, and Lam Soon Association warmly welcomed the visiting delegation from the Management Committee of Fujian Changzhou at the Lam Soon Association office building. Representatives from the Chang Chow General Associations of Singapore and Malaysia also attended. Chan Si Wui Kun Singapore also took part and recorded this moment.
Everyone spoke freely, enjoyed cordial exchanges, and left behind precious group photos and wonderful memories.

On 12 April, the 164th Committee of the Chan Si Wui Kun Singapore was solemnly sworn in. The new committee members pledged with sincerity to uphold tradition, strengthen unity, and ensure that the spirit of the association continues to be passed down through generations.
