Thank you SUSS for inviting Signpost to collaborate with students taking the Learning with Communities course and support street sellers together ‼️

Over the past semester, two groups of SUSS students joined our Signpost volunteers on walkabouts to befriend sellers and understand the challenges they face 🤔 Through design, testing, and iteration 💭 each group developed ways to help sellers tailored to their specific needs.

A huge thank you to the students from the two groups 🙏
Daneesha, Lauren, Jolin, Nursyahirah, Advika, and Celina from Group 5 👏
Asta, Jin Yi, Nevin, Tao Er, Jin Ron, and Shawn from Group 6 👏

We appreciate all the time and effort you put into getting to know the sellers and supporting them through your projects!

We'd also like to thank Leonard and the faculty at SUSS for liaising with us and making this collaboration possible 🤝

Last (but definitely not least!), thank you to our volunteers Benaiah, Zen, Augustine, and Kay Sheen for bringing the students along on befriending walkabouts and facilitating conversations with the sellers 🙂

🤔 What happens when you get the chance to ask questions about street sellers in Singapore?

Thank you National University of SG for inviting our President and Assistant Director of Media & Awareness, Benaiah, to speak at the Human Library segment of NUS Community Service Festival 2026!

It was a meaningful afternoon of conversations, thoughtful questions, and sharing about the experiences of street sellers and what we do at Signpost Collective. ❤️

It was also a chance to chat with the other speakers and find out about the causes they champion. 😮

A big thank you to the NUS Office of Student Affairs team for organising the event and to the student facilitators for guiding the meaningful conversations! 🙏

Thank you to the amazing team from sg for inviting us again to host two learning journeys for NYC Leaders Course 2026! 😮

It was great seeing the leaders connect 💛 with five of our street seller friends at Clementi, listening to their unique stories 👂, understanding each of their circumstances, and thoughtfully preparing personalised care packages for them.

We hope the leaders gained valuable insight from our learning journeys, and we wish them all the best in their future endeavors! 😀

A huge thank you to the sellers for taking the time to chat with the leaders and for the NYC staff and facilitator's support!

Another huge thank you to our volunteer facilitators Benaiah, Augustine, Leora, Sanjana and more for making these two learning journeys possible 🙏
