No sleds or ski erg? No problem 👌🏻
You can still train for HYROX with basic equipment — building strength, endurance, and learning how to move under fatigue.
Here’s a simple circuit we did:
1️⃣ 400m run 2️⃣ DB walking lunges (10 reps/side) 3️⃣ DB gorilla rows (12 reps/side) 4️⃣ 10 burpees 5️⃣ Farmer carry (40m) 6️⃣ DB thrusters (12 reps)
3–4 sets.
We’re not rushing through it. Just learning how to keep going — even when it gets uncomfortable. Try it with us 🙌🏻
