Battampore exists to remove the obstacles that keep children in Cambodia from living fuller lives — and to give a new generation a real chance to close the poverty gap.
One of the biggest barriers is lack of education. Education doesn’t just open doors — it shapes how we see the world, how we value our own story, and how we find meaning, even in difficult times.
Each of the children we support has a dream — and reasons to find joy in everyday life. That’s what inspires us.
Every Brilliant Thing is a powerful one-person play about depression, resilience, and finding reasons to live — told through a deeply human, often humorous list of life’s little joys.
Someone with a talent and passion for acting — but a regular day job — is visiting Singapore and has volunteered to perform the play for one night only. It’s a rare chance to be moved, uplifted, and reminded of what really matters.
Entry is by voluntary donation, and every dollar goes directly to support education in Cambodia.
It’s happening on a Friday night, in a space generously offered to us for free — so come, have a drink, enjoy some food, and leave with a bit more hope than you came with.
