SCGA Welcomes Our Newly Appointed Honorary Advisor

A Great Chef Always Builds the Best Team
一个优秀的厨师，成就一支优秀的团队

Another successful overseas culinary event and another meaningful milestone for the Singapore Chef Gourmet Alliance (SCGA).

Our SCGA Japanese Chef Representatives, led by our President, together with our committee chef Chef Jem B**g, were honoured to be invited by Qinghai Long Yang Xia to host their very first exclusive dinner event for distinguished guests from across Asia, including celebrity chefs and culinary professionals from Singapore and Malaysia.

This event was not simply about preparing a dinner. It was about teamwork, collaboration and representing Singapore’s culinary talents on an international platform.

What made this event truly special was that it was never about one chef.

A great chef always builds a great team.

Behind every successful dinner is a team of chefs working together — from menu planning and preparation to kitchen operations, plating and service. The success of this event was made possible through the combined efforts of our SCGA chefs, overseas culinary partners and the entire supporting team.

For SCGA, every overseas event is an opportunity to connect chefs, exchange culinary knowledge, strengthen international partnerships and create greater exposure for Singapore’s culinary professionals.

We are proud to see our SCGA chefs working alongside international culinary teams and demonstrating the professionalism, creativity and spirit of Singapore chefs.

A sincere thank you to all our SCGA chefs, committee members, overseas partners and every team member working behind the scenes. Your dedication and teamwork made this first Long Yang Xia dinner event a success.

又一次成功的海外餐饮活动，也为 新加坡厨师美食联盟（SCGA） 写下了一个值得纪念的新里程碑。

此次，SCGA 日本料理厨师代表团在主席的带领下，联同委员会厨师 Chef Jem B**g，荣幸受邀参与 青海龙羊峡 首场专属晚宴的策划与执行，为来自亚洲各地的贵宾呈现一场特别的餐饮体验，其中更包括来自新加坡及马来西亚的知名厨师与餐饮专业人士。

这场活动不仅仅是一场晚宴，更是一次关于团队合作、国际交流，以及展现新加坡厨师专业实力的重要机会。

而这次活动最值得骄傲的，并不是某一位厨师的表现。
