Annually on 15 February, we commemorate International Childhood Cancer Day – a global collaborative campaign to raise awareness about childhood cancer, and to express support for children and adolescents with cancer, the survivors and their families.

LOVE, NILS invites to you stand in solidarity with our young cancer fighters and their families. Together, we can make a difference in advancing the fight against childhood cancer.

Today, we officially launch our International Childhood Cancer Day 2025 fundraising campaign that will run until 31 March 2025.

7 February marks the passing anniversary of Nils. Eleven years ago today, we said goodbye to Nils, a wonderful son and the heart of our founder Lesli Berggren. His memory continues to fuel our mission to support children with cancer and their families.

Today, we honor Nils’ enduring legacy and the light he brought into our lives. In commemorating this date, LOVE, NILS pledges to provide support for our children and adolescents battling cancer, as well as their families.

Creating magical moments is at the heart of what we do. We offer exciting event tickets and whimsical themed parties for our beneficiaries recuperating at home, providing uplifting experiences that allow children and their families to escape the challenges of illness, even if only for a little while.

We also arrange surprise visits from beloved characters like Captain America and other Marvel heroes right at the hospital. Our mission is to spread joy and hope through these heartwarming experiences, which not only bring smiles but also offer a sense of normalcy and comfort during difficult times.

Each art kit is carefully tailored to different age groups (0-3, 4-8, 9-12, and 13+) , designed to inspire creativity and brighten their healing journey.

We are thrilled to showcase the remarkable talents of Hayden El Raif Bin Nur Haidirul and Aleesha Syed Faizal at the Shaping Hearts Art Exhibition 2024.

Join us from 19 October to 3 November at Our Tampines Hub to experience Hayden’s stunning piece, “Ballerina,” and Aleesha’s vibrant creation, “Rainbow.” These art works beautifully capture the unique journeys and creative expressions of both artists, highlighting their incredible resilience and passion.

You can also support our ongoing silent auction for our Annual Charity Gala 2024, exploring more Collaborative art works created by children with cancer, their siblings, and LOVE, NILS Art Therapist.

We are proud to be one of the charities featured this year, showcasing art works from our beneficiaries. Join us in appreciating and supporting the works of artists with disabilities. Engage in experiential activities that simulate disabilities, fostering a deeper understanding of their world. Proceeds from the sale of these paintings will directly support these talented artists and their initiatives.
