Meet Adeline Tan, who manages companies from the Land & Connectivity Industry!

Driven by a passion for helping businesses and workers thrive, Adeline works closely with business owners and HR leaders to support workforce and business transformation.

Fun fact: She's a well-travelled lacto-ovo vegetarian who has explored destinations such as Colombia, Iceland, Egypt, Morocco, and Peru! ✈️🌎

We partnered with Singapore Polytechnic's PACE Academy to bring our SME partners a hands-on AI Workflow Design Sprint 💡

Our partners got to build their very own AI agents and chatbots — tackling real tasks like invoice processing and customer enquiries 🤖

The best part? Singapore Polytechnic students were right there alongside them — guiding, troubleshooting, and bringing fresh ideas to the table. Education meets industry 🎓🤝

🚀 餐饮业雇主 — 您是否在渐进式工资模式（PWM）的保障范围内 🚀

PWM适用于在持有新加坡食品局（SFA）食品零售许可证或食品加工（中央厨房）许可证的场所经营的餐饮服务企业，例如：

🍽️ 咖啡店、美食广场、快餐店�
🥡 食品亭和餐馆
🍴 全方位服务的餐厅、餐饮服务商和中央厨房
🛒 设有即食食品区的超市

该计划涵盖在新加坡从事餐饮服务业（签订雇用合同）的全职或兼职新加坡公民和永久居民。

雇主续签现有工作准证或申请新工作准证（针对雇用外籍员工的雇主）时，需遵守渐进式工资模式 (PWM) 的相关规定。

🚀 Food Services Employers — Are You Covered Under PWM? 🚀

PWM applies to food services businesses operating in premises with an SFA Food Retail licence or SFA Food Processing (Central Kitchen) licence, such as:

🍽️ Coffeeshops, food courts, fast-food outlets�
🥡 Food kiosks and eating houses�
🍴 Full-service restaurants, caterers and central kitchens�
🛒 Supermarkets with ready-to-eat food stations

It covers Singapore Citizens and PRs working full-time or part-time in food services job roles (on a contract of service).

PWM requirements are enforced through employers’ eligibility to renew existing work passes or apply for new work passes (for employers who hire foreign workers).
