This is the official page for the Umeå chapter of the Swedish Institute Network For Global Professionals (SI NFGP).

The SI Network For Global Professionals Umeå (NFGP Umeå) strives to be a network that addresses global problems through leadership, individual actions and knowledge transfer. We work towards strengthening networks between the SI scholars in Umeå with the rest of the Swedish and University society. Its mission is to actively engage its members in knowledge sharing, career and personal development. The local network utilizes three strategies in achieving its mission; (a) leveraging on local university resources (venues, faculty, events) in order to maximize learning outcomes within the limited resources, (b) actively identifying and making use of knowledge that is available within the network, and (c) focusing on actionable ideas and plans.
