Our projects will focus on developing communities in Sierra Leone especially children, girls and teenage mothers to help in the education of girls Sierra Leone, West Africa. The purpose of “The Peagie Woobay Scholarship Award Fund” is to raise funds to help educate a lot of girls in her native land Sierra Leone, West Africa thus empowering them for their future and making them into powerful driver

We were so honoured at the Peagie Woobay Scholarship Fund to receive the head of FCPW, USA, Ms Claudine Rogers-Wright to visit our Resource Centre in Moyamba and see in real the work we do for the girls especially teenage mothers and their kids through our second chances program. We are grateful for the funding to be able to continue our work with and for girls.

Today, with support from Fellowship Christian Professional Women (FCPW ,USA) our Sierra Leone board member and staff with two of our Freetown girls visited our kamagbaingbe girls in Northern Sierra leone to share love, talk with and to them, give them some goodie bags( books, pens sanitary pads, biscuits drinks). It was good för our Freetown girls to see how girls in hard to reach areas live and the facilities they lack but still try to stay happy in school with our support. It was also good for the Kamagbaingbe girls to interact with pearls group from the City. This is what we do at PWSF. No one is left behind. With funds, we can do a lot more for girls all over Sierra Leone to keep them in schools.

Gifts are packed and we are ready to pamper our girls in Kamagbaingbe so they stay Happy & Focused in school. At PWSF...
