I Am Jayden We're here to share and promote an informed awareness about Down Syndrome and to encourage people to Welcome to "I Am Jayden".

Our son was diagnosed with Down Syndrome a few days after his birth. We would be lying if we said it wasn't a shock. The idea behind this page is to share and promote an informed awareness about Down Syndrome and to encourage people to take time to understand what it really means. If we can help just a few parents come to terms with Down Syndrome it'll all be worthwhile.
