[IMP][Call for SCORE contracts distribution 24/25][Deadline: 7th of October 2024]
Dear batch 40, 41,42,43,and 44
By this we open the call for GMSA Research Outgoings Exchange Programs for the season 2024/2025.
As you may know, this opportunity offers students a low-expense but high-quality clerkships on various medical specialties and subspecialties, or research projects across the world. Furthermore, it provides recognition of experience that can be very beneficial for students in their post-graduate lives, not mentioning the connections they will make.
Application process:
1. Fill the application template (which contains C.V, Motivation letter and Academic performance) provided in the link below. Keep in mind the guidelines mentioned in the first page of the document, as neglecting them may compromise your application.
2. Fill the application form provided in the link below with the needed information and upload your application template. Make sure to follow instructions written in descriptions under every question.
3. The applications will be reviewed and given scores.
4. Applicants will be shortlisted for outgoings’ interviews that will be announced 24 hours prior to the first interview. Announcement will be throughGMSA official platforms, as well as emails for applicants.
5. Applicants Results' List (final result in which applicants are sorted according to their scores) will be shared through GMSA official platforms, as well as emails for shortlisted applicants.

The uploaded CV will be the final draft and thus can not be further modified or edited.
Any application received after the deadline will be invalid.
Not abiding to guidelines mentioned in the application template may lead to disqualification . Make sure you follow instructions to increase your chances.
4 . Writing incorrect information in the form will directly disqualify you if the information was verified wrong.
5. You may be contacted to verify information mentioned in the CV, failure to do so will result in disqualification.

يسرنا أن نعلن عن فتح باب التقديم لبرامج تبادل البحوث للخارج الخاصة بـ GMSA للموسم 2024/2025.
كما قد تعلمون، توفر هذه الفرصة للطلاب تدريبات عملية منخفضة التكلفة ولكن عالية الجودة في تخصصات طبية مختلفة، أو مشاريع بحثية حول العالم. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، توفر الاعتراف بالتجربة، مما سيكون مفيدًا للغاية للطلاب في حياتهم المهنية بعد التخرج، فضلاً عن العلاقات التي سيتم بناؤها.
**عملية التقديم:**
1. قم بملء نموذج التقديم (الذي يحتوي على السيرة الذاتية، خطاب الدافع، والأداء الأكاديمي) المتوفر في الرابط أدناه. تذكر الالتزام بالإرشادات المذكورة في الصفحة الأولى من الوثيقة، حيث أن تجاهلها قد يؤثر على طلبك.
2. قم بملء استمارة التقديم المتاحة في الرابط أدناه بالمعلومات المطلوبة وارفع نموذج التقديم الخاص بك. تأكد من اتباع التعليمات المكتوبة في الوصف أسفل كل سؤال.
3. سيتم مراجعة الطلبات وتقييمها.
4. سيتم تحديد قائمة مختصرة للمتقدمين الذين سيتم دعوتهم للمقابلات الخاصة بالتقديم للخارج، والتي سيتم الإعلان عنها قبل 24 ساعة من المقابلة الأولى. سيتم الإعلان عبر المنصات الرسمية لـ GMSA، بالإضافة إلى إرسال رسائل إلكترونية للمتقدمين.
5. سيتم نشر قائمة نتائج المتقدمين (النتيجة النهائية التي يتم فيها ترتيب المتقدمين حسب الدرجات) عبر المنصات الرسمية لـ GMSA، بالإضافة إلى إرسالها عبر البريد الإلكتروني للمتقدمين المختارين.
**المستندات المطلوبة لإرفاقها مع استمارة التقديم المشتركة** (قد تتطلب بعض NMOs مستندات إضافية حسب شروطها):
- تأمين صحي
- بطاقة التطعيم ضد COVID-19
- إثبات التسجيل
- كشف درجات أكاديمي
- خطاب توصية
**إرشادات عامة:**
- السيرة الذاتية التي تم رفعها ستكون النسخة النهائية، وبالتالي لا يمكن تعديلها أو تحريرها بعد ذلك.
- أي طلب يتم استلامه بعد الموعد النهائي سيكون غير صالح.
- عدم الالتزام بالإرشادات المذكورة في نموذج التقديم قد يؤدي إلى الاستبعاد. تأكد من اتباع التعليمات لزيادة فرص قبولك.
- كتابة معلومات غير صحيحة في الاستمارة ستؤدي إلى الاستبعاد المباشر إذا تم التحقق من عدم صحتها.
- قد يتم الاتصال بك للتحقق من المعلومات المذكورة في السيرة الذاتية، وإذا لم تتمكن من التحقق سيتم استبعادك.
