بيان إدانة من جالكا بشأن الانتهاكات الجسيمة ضد المدنيين في مدينة الفاشر – شمال دارفور
نتابع بقلقٍ بالغ التدهور الخطير للأوضاع الإنسانية والأمنية في مدينة الفاشر – شمال دارفور، حيث تشهد المدينة تصاعدًا خطيرًا في أعمال العنف والانتهاكات الممنهجة ضد المدنيين العُزّل، والبنية التحتية، والمتطوعين منذ أكثر من عامين تحت الحصار.
نُدين بأشد العبارات الانتهاكات الجسيمة التي ترتكبها قوات الدعم السريع في الفاشر - شمال دارفور، ومدينة بارا - شمال كردفان، والتي شملت القتل خارج نطاق القانون، والعنف المفرط ضد المدنيين، والنهب، والتدمير، والتهجير القسري، والتطهير العرقي ، حيث يتعرض النساء والأطفال على وجه الخصوص الي أشد انواع التعذيب.
إذ ان هذه الأفعال تشكل جرائم حرب وجرائم ضد الإنسانية وفقًا لأحكام القانون الدولي الإنساني وإتفاقيات جنيف.
نُحث المجتمع الدولي والأمم المتحدة، والاتحاد الأوروبي والمنظمات الإنسانية بإتخاذ إجراءات عاجلة لحماية المدنيين ، والعمل على وقف فوري لإطلاق النار وفتح ممرات آمنة لإيصال المساعدات الإنسانية
Jalca Statement of Condemnation of atrocities Against Civilians in El Fasher, North Darfur
We are deeply concerned about the serious deterioration of the humanitarian and security situation in the city of El Fasher, North Darfur, where the city has been witnessing a serious escalation of violence and systematic violations against civilians, infrastructures and humanitarian workers for more than two years under siege.
We condemn the atrocities committed by the Rapid Support Forces in El Fasher, North Darfur, and the city of Bara, North Kordofan, which included summary killings, excessive violence against civilians, looting, destruction, forced displacement, and ethnic cleansing, where women and children in particular are subjected to the most severe forms of torture.
These acts constitute war crimes and crimes against humanity in accordance with the provisions of international humanitarian law and the Geneva Conventions.
We urge international community, United Nations, EU, and humanitarian organizations to take immediate action to protect civilians, an immediate ceasefire and open safe corridors for the delivery of humanitarian aid.
