في إطار الجهود المستمرة لتعزيز دور المرأة في مناطق النزاع، وتحديداً في ولاية شمال دارفور – دائرة طويلة، ومع حلول شهر أبريل 2026، تعمل منظمة التقانة لتنمية وتطوير مهارات المرأة (Altigana Organization)، بالشراكة مع هيئة الأمم المتحدة للمرأة (UN Women)، على تفعيل منصة نساء دارفور الشاملة (Darfur Women Inclusive Stand).
تهدف هذه المبادرة إلى تعزيز استراتيجيات المناصرة، وبناء التحالفات، وتقوية قدرات المنظمات التي تقودها النساء، بما يسهم في توسيع مشاركتهن الفاعلة في صنع القرار، ودعم السلام المجتمعي، والاستجابة لاحتياجات النساء والفتيات في ظل التحديات الراهنة.
معاً نحو مساحة أكثر شمولاً، وصوت أقوى لنساء دارفور، وشراكات فاعلة تقود التغيير المستدام.

As part of the ongoing efforts to strengthen the role of women in conflict-affected areas, specifically in North Darfur State – Tawila Constituency, and with the arrival of April 2026, Altigana Organization for Women’s Development and Skills Enhancement, in partnership with UN Women, is working to activate the Darfur Women Inclusive Stand platform.
This initiative aims to enhance advocacy strategies, build alliances, and strengthen the capacities of women-led organizations, contributing to the expansion of women’s meaningful participation in decision-making, supporting community peace, and responding to the needs of women and girls amid the current challenges.
Together towards a more inclusive space, a stronger voice for the women of Darfur, and effective partnerships that lead sustainable change

من قلب جبل مرة، نظّمت منظمة التقانة لتنمية ومهارات المرأة في مدينة قولو ورشة المشاورات المجتمعية للنساء: الأولويات والتحديات بمشاركة 30 مشاركًا ومشاركة، بينهم 25 امرأة.
شكّلت الورشة مساحة آمنة للاستماع إلى أصوات النساء ومناقشة أبرز التحديات مثل العنف، الفقر، النزوح، وآثار الحرب، مع تحديد الأولويات في التعليم، الصحة، الحماية، والسلام.
خطوة جديدة نحو تمكين المرأة وبناء مجتمع أكثر عدالة وشمولًا. ✨

From the heart of Jebel Marra, Altiganaa Organization for Developing Women Skills organized a workshop in Golo titled Community Consultations for Women: Priorities and Challenges, with 30 participants including 25 women.
The workshop created a safe space to amplify women’s voices and discuss key challenges such as violence, poverty, displacement, and the impacts of war, while identifying priorities in education, healthcare, protection, and peace.
A new step toward women’s empowerment and a more inclusive, just future. ✨

من قلب التحديات… تبدأ خطوات التغيير الحقيقي ✨
في محلية اللعيت بولاية شمال دارفور، اجتمعت أصوات النساء اليوم في مساحة آمنة للحوار والتعبير، ضمن نشاط المشاورات والحوارات المجتمعية، حيث لم تكن الجلسات مجرد نقاشات، بل كانت منصة حقيقية لرصد الواقع، وتشخيص الاحتياجات، وتحليل التحديات التي تواجه النساء في حياتهن اليومية.خلال هذا اللقاء، عبّرت المشاركات عن أولوياتهن بوضوح، وتبادلن الخبرات والرؤى، وصولًا إلى صياغة توصيات عملية تنطلق من واقعهن وتلامس احتياجات المجتمع. كما تم العمل على تشكيل مجموعات نسائية متخصصة، لتكون نواة لعمل منظم ومستدام يقود التغيير من الداخل، ويعزز من دور المرأة كشريك أساسي في التنمية. هذا النشاط يمثل خطوة مهمة نحو بناء قدرات النساء، وتعزيز مشاركتهن الفاعلة، وفتح آفاق جديدة لتمكينهن اقتصاديًا واجتماعيًا. يأتي هذا العمل بدعم وتمويل من هيئة الأمم المتحدة للمرأة، وتنفيذ منظمة التقانة لتنمية مهارات المرأة، إيمانًا بأن تمكين النساء هو الأساس لبناء مجتمعات أكثر قوة وعدالة.

From the heart of challenges… real change begins ✨
In Al-Laait locality, North Darfur, women’s voices came together today in a safe and inclusive space for dialogue through a community consultation and dialogue session. These discussions were not just conversations, but a meaningful platform to identify needs, analyze challenges, and reflect on the realities women face in their daily lives.
During the session, participants openly shared their priorities, exchanged experiences, and collectively developed practical recommendations grounded in their lived realities. The activity also supported the formation of specialized women’s groups, laying the foundation for organized, sustainable efforts that drive change from within and strengthen women’s roles as key actors in community development.
This initiative marks an important step toward building women’s capacities, enhancing their active participation, and creating new pathways for their social and economic empowerment.
This activity is supported and funded by UN Women, and implemented by Altiganaa Organization For Developing Women Skills (TODWS), as part of ongoing efforts to empower women and promote inclusive, resilient communities.

وسط تحديات النزوح وفي قلب محلية طويلة، وتحديداً بمعسكر دبة نارية، تواصلت فصول العطاء الإنساني عبر برنامج (فرحة العيد). هذا البرنامج ليس مجرد مبادرة، بل هو ثمرة تلاقي الإرادات بين منصة نساء دارفور الشاملة ومنظمة التقانة لتنمية مهارات المرأة، واللذين وحّدا جهودهما لرسم البسمة على وجوه الأطفال الصغار. وقد تجلى أسمى معاني التكافل الاجتماعي في الدعم السخي الذي قدمه السودانيون والسودانيات، ومعهم أصدقاؤهم الأوفياء في دولة جنوب أفريقيا؛ فكانت مساهماتهم بمثابة جسرٍ من الأمل امتدّ عبر القارات ليصل إلى خيام النازحين، مؤكدةً أن روح التضامن لا تعرف الحدود وأن الفرح حقٌ ينتزع من قلب المعاناة
"Amidst the harsh realities of displacement in the Tawila locality, specifically within the Dabat Nayria camp, a story of hope and compassion unfolded through the 'Eid Joy' program. This initiative represents a heartfelt collaboration between the Inclusive Darfur Women's Platform and the Technology Organization for Women's Skills Development, as they joined forces to bring light back to the eyes of children. This humanitarian effort was fueled by the remarkable generosity of the Sudanese community and their friends in South Africa. Their support acted as a bridge of solidarity that crossed borders, reaching the heart of the camps to prove that even in the toughest times, collective kindness remains the ultimate tool for resilience and joy

We at Al-Tagana Organization believe that economic empowerment is the cornerstone of protection and participation. Our journey in 2020 marked a turning point for many women in North Darfur, from Al-Kuma to Kutum and Fatabarno, where we focused on establishing small businesses, securing funding, and professional financial management.
Since 2023, our commitment has only grown stronger. We continue to launch impactful projects to support women's resilience and skill development during these challenging times.

تواصل منظمة التقانة لتنمية وتطوير مهارات المرأة بشمال دارفور مساعيها الإنسانية الحثيثة لتخفيف معاناة أهلنا في مدينة الفاشر، حيث نجحت المنظمة اليوم الأربعاء في تنفيذ وجبة إغاثية متكاملة شملت (العصيدة، المدائد، والعصائر) استفاد منها أكثر من 1400 مواطن من الأطفال والنساء وكبار السن في مراكز الإيواء وتجمعات النازحين والأحياء المجاورة.
يأتي هذا النشاط الإنساني ضمن مشروع الاستجابة السريعة وخطة الطوارئ التي تتبناها المنظمة لإغاثة المتضررين من الحرب في الفاشر المحاصرة، وذلك بالتعاون والشراكة مع السيدة/ سيسلي بيلس. وقد أكدت الأستاذة إبتسام الدومه شمين، مديرة المنظمة، أن هذا التدخل يهدف لتقديم العون المباشر للأسر في ظل الظروف الاستثنائية التي تمر بها المدينة، موجهةً نداءً عاجلاً لجميع المنظمات الوطنية والدولية لضرورة تكثيف الدعم الإنساني ودعم "التكايا" والمطابخ الجماعية التي باتت شريان الحياة الوحيد للمواطنين.
في ظل ما تعيشه الفاشر من حصار خانق، وانعدام للمواد الغذائية، وشح السيولة، وارتفاع جنوني في الأسعار، فإن كل جهد يُبذل يمثل بارقة أمل لإنقاذ الأرواح. ومن جانبهم، عبر المستفيدون عن شكرهم العميق للمنظمة وللسيدة سيسلي بيلس على هذا الدعم الذي أسهم في سد رمق جوع أطفالهم، معربين عن أملهم في استمرار هذه الجهود الإنسانية الصادقة.
Al-Tagana Organization for Women's Skills Development continues its humanitarian mission to alleviate the suffering in El Fasher. Today, Wednesday, the organization provided complete meals—including porridge, soups, and juices—benefiting over 1,400 individuals, including children, women, and the elderly in displacement centers and surrounding neighborhoods.
This initiative is part of the emergency response plan implemented by the organization to aid those affected by the ongoing conflict in besieged El Fasher, in partnership with Ms. Cecily Bayliss. Ms. Ibtisam Al-Duma Shumin, Director of the organization, emphasized that this activity is vital given the exceptional circumstances and harsh blockade. She also issued an urgent appeal to national and international organizations to intensify humanitarian support and sustain communal kitchens (Takaya) to save lives amidst food shortages and soaring prices.
