اقليم دارفور وشرق تشاد... حرب تتجاوز الحدود وانتهاكات تتحدى القانون؛ إذ يواصل المدنيون مواجهة تصاعد العنف، والتهجير القسري، وتدمير المنازل والبنية التحتية الحيوية، وتضاؤل فرص وصول المساعدات الإنسانية.
يوثق تقريرنا الصادر في أغسطس ٢٠٢٦م انتهاكاتٍ مثيرة للقلق تستدعي اهتماماً فورياً من صناع السياسات، والجهات المانحة، والجهات الفاعلة في المجال الإنساني، والشركاء الدوليين.
لذا، ندعو الحكومات والجهات المانحة والمؤسسات الدولية إلى:
- إعطاء الأولوية لحماية المدنيين
- ضمان وصول المساعدات الإنسانية دون عوائق
- دعم جهود الرصد المستقل والمساءلة
- زيادة التمويل للمبادرات المحلية المعنية بحقوق الإنسان والحماية
