مؤسسة عافر للتنمية المستدامة والتمكين المجتمعي تبحث عن فرص شراكة وتعاون مع منظمات مجتمع مدني مسجلة في أوغندا أو كينيا ضمن الدعوة الحالية لبرنامج صندوق قدرة (Qudra Fund) المنفذ بواسطة الوكالة الألمانية للتعاون الدولي (GIZ) والممول من الحكومة الألمانية.

هدفنا هو تصميم وتنفيذ مبادرات مشتركة تُعزز تمكين النساء، إشراك الشباب، بناء السلام، والتثقيف المدني من أجل مستقبل شامل وسلمي للسودان والمنطقة.

Our goal is to jointly design and implement impactful initiatives that support women’s empowerment, youth inclusion, peacebuilding, and civic education — contributing to a peaceful and inclusive future for Sudan and the region.

"الوصول إلى خدمات الصحة النفسية في أوقات الكوارث والطوارئ"

نؤمن أن الأثر الحقيقي يتحقق عندما تتكامل المبادرات المحلية مع الجهود الإنسانية والتنموية الأوسع.

اتولدت في أصعب ظروف السودان بهدف واحد: نقيف مع الشباب والنساء والمجتمعات النازحة ونوفر ليهم الأدوات البترفعم لقدام.
من دعم مشاريع صغيرة برأس مال بسيط، لتدريب وبناء قدرات، لسرعة الاستجابة في أوقات الأزمات—أثبتنا إنو التغيير ممكن لما المجتمعات نفسها تقود مشوارها.
الشي البميزنا ما بس رسالتنا، لكن طريقتنا في العمل:
✔ إلتزام كامل بقوانين ولوائح العمل الإنساني في السودان ومتطلبات HAC
✔ حوكمة قوية من خلال مجلس إدارة وسياسات ولوائح واضحة
✔ شفافية مالية عبر أنظمة مراجعة ومحاسبة، وحسابات بنكية نشطة بالجنيه السوداني، والدولار الأمريكي، واليورو—الشي البخلي المساهمات المحلية والدولية تدار بأمان ووضوح.
بعد التسجيل الرسمي كمنظمة سودانية، عافر جاهزة تكبر الأثر. رسالتنا واضحة:

We were born out of Sudan’s toughest years with one goal: to stand with youth, women, and displaced communities and give them the tools to rise.

From seed funding that kick-started dozens of micro-projects, to workshops that built skills, to rapid responses in times of crisis—we’ve proven one thing: change is possible when communities lead their own transformation.

من الخرطوم لكسلا لبورتسودان شفنا كيف دعم بسيط — تدريب، منحة صغيرة، ورشة — ممكن يتحول لفرص مستدامة للشباب والنساء.
اليوم، والسودان بيمر بأصعب مراحله، منظمة عافر للتنمية المستدامة والتمكين المجتمعي واقفة مع أهلنا. بنربط طاقة المجتمع المحلي مع التضامن العالمي — عشان تبقى الكرامة والصمود والفرص عايشة.

✨ بدايات جديدة في السودان ✨

في يوم 15 سبتمبر 2025 تم تسجيل منظمة عافر للتنمية المستدامة والتمكين المجتمعي (AFER) رسميًا لدى مفوضية العون الإنساني (HAC).

عافر ليست مجرد منظمة، بل هي التزام حقيقي بـ تمكين الشباب والنساء والمجتمعات المتأثرة بالنزاعات والتشريد من خلال التنمية المستدامة، الاستجابة الإنسانية، وبناء القدرات.
وخلال فترة قصيرة استطعنا أن ننجز:
✅ بناء الإطار الحوكمي (السياسات، مدونة السلوك، أنظمة الحماية).
✅ إطلاق استراتيجيتنا للـ 3–5 سنوات القادمة المتوافقة مع أهداف التنمية المستدامة.
✅ تعزيز مكانتنا كـ شريك محلي جاهز للتنفيذ باحترافية وشفافية وأثر ملموس.

On 15 September 2025, we proudly registered Afer for Sustainable Development and Community Empowerment (AFER) with the Humanitarian Aid Commission (HAC).

AFER is more than just an NGO — it is a commitment to empowering Sudanese youth, women, and displaced communities through sustainable development, humanitarian response, and capacity-building.

In just a short time, we have:
✅ Built our governance framework (policies, code of conduct, safeguarding).
✅ Launched our 3–5 year strategy aligned with the SDGs.
✅ Positioned ourselves as a local partner ready to deliver with professionalism, accountability, and impact.

🚀 We are ready to partner with Sudanese NGOs, INGOs, and donors to make sustainable change possible on the ground.
